Huntsville on a major interstate and a college town is dead. Unless you are going to the state prision or deathrow avoid if you stay this hotel is worth the money.

Room was clean and fairly comfortable.
I had a very late check-in. The lobby was locked and I had to talk to the desk clerk through glass in the outer lobby. She was nice enough but very slow. It took a good 20 minutes to get checked in. She knew I was alone and it was dark, but she put me in a room that was at the very end of the lot, and I was uneasy lugging my luggage alone up a flight of stairs in a desolate-feeling part of the property. I should and could have requested a room closer to the office. When I booked online, I had requested a late checkout but when I got there, the desk clerk said she wasn't aware of it and couldn't make that call but that she would call someone to get a decision. I told her I had to leave at 3AM and would be back around 11AM and hoped to sleep for a few hours before getting back on the road. She said to stop in the office before I left at 3AM and she would have an answer for me. I called the desk from my room before I left at 3AM, and she said she hadn't called and couldn't guarantee it. So I packed up my bags, intending to just check out then. When I got to the desk, she was back and forth on the phone. Finally, I just left because she was on the phone for about 10 minutes and didn't seem like she was going to get off anytime soon. Maybe she was new; just not very good at customer service. There are much nicer hotels in Huntsville at this price range that offer a much better experience.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was satisfying, offering a good variety of options. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, making for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the hotel's location was convenient for accessing key attractions and amenities.
On the downside, the check-in process was quite slow, especially for late arrivals, with limited assistance from the desk clerk. The overall outdated appearance of the property and Wi-Fi connection issues were also not up to par.

The staff was very friendly
There were stains on the shower curtain, there was a soap bar still left in the soap dish in the shower.

The staff here were very friendly and provided us with a comfortable room featuring queen beds.

Very comfortable bed. Quiet/ No noise in spite of its location on IH45 Service road.
The counter space with attached sink was very small. The combination of coffee pot and its condiments made it difficult to make coffee because I had my toiletries on the counter as well. I did not make my coffee or had time for the free breakfast.

I loved the recently renovated hotel and its fantastic location close to various dining options, making my trip very enjoyable.

The location, staff and rooms were very nice. The breakfast was very nice. We would stay here again.
Of the four rooms rented, once room had two pillowcases that had not been changed. We used other available pillows, took the pillowcases off the pillows so they would be changed and did not discuss it with the staff.

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within a short distance to all the shopping stores, restaurants, and fast food places. This made it convenient for us to explore and grab a quick bite to eat without having to travel too far. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent! We enjoyed starting our day off with a delicious meal before heading out to explore the area. The front desk staff also deserves a special mention for their efficient and hassle-free check-in process.
There were a few downsides to our stay. Secondly, the pool was not well-maintained and appeared dirty and green, unlike the pictures on the website.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is marvelous, near several places to eat. The rooms are a nice size with a balcony, a king bed, and coffee supplies. The breakfast was good with real scrambled eggs, fresh coffee, and gravy. The property is really close to several restaurants and a petro station, as well as Huntsville, TX.
